At a joint press conference today, marketing companies G+J Electronic Media Sales (EMS), IP Deutschland, SevenOne Media and TOMORROW FOCUS announced the founding of AdAudience GmbH. The EU Commission approved the four marketers&amp;#039; joint venture on January 22. All four hold equal parts of the new company, based in Düsseldorf. Frank Herold, hitherto Director Sales at IP Deutschland&amp;#039;s Interactive operation, will become AdAudience&amp;#039;s Managing Director.</description>

The takeover of G+J Russia (OOO G+J Magazines) will become effective on December, 1 2009. The magazines GEO, GEOLenok, GEOTraveller and GALA Biografia and the www.geo.ru, www.moiroditeli.ru and www.moizvezdi.ru websites will be continued by Axel Springer Russia, a wholly owned subsidiary of Axel Springer, under license.
