Andreas Lebert (46) will take over the role of editor-in-chief for the G+J magazines BRIGITTE and BRIGITTE WOMAN by October 1 2002 at the latest.
Andreas Lebert was a department manager for BRIGITTE from 1986 to 1989. In 1990, he founded SZ-Magazin and was editor-in-chief there until 1996. During this time the SZ youth magazine Jetzt was created and launched on the market.
He was acting editor-in-chief at STERN from 1996 to 1997 andin 1998, he founded the company Lebert Medienproduktion GmbH. In this company, the new Living division, among others, was developed and implemented for Die Zeit under his management and, with the assistance of G+J, its MOM magazine concept was made market ready.
Andreas Lebert is giving up management of the Lebert Medienproduktion GmbH but the company will continue under this name.
