G+J International continues the expansion of its GEO brand with the launch of a licensed edition in Finland in collaboration with Sanoma Magazines. GEO Finland will make its newsstand debut in March 2008 in a print run of 70,000 copies, and at a cover price of ;euro;8.90 (~$13). Katriina Palo-Närhinen, 42, is the new magazine's editor-in-chief.
GEO Finland is published based on the GEO International editorial concept, under the editorial auspices of Christiane Breustedt. The Finnish debut brings the number of countries where GEO is published to 17.
