Hamburg, 12 May 2016 – Pooling its content communication expertise, Hamburg based publishing house Gruner + Jahr has founded the new enterprise TERRITORY, Europe's biggest provider for content-driven communication. Corporate content experts G+J Corporate Editors and Medienfabrik, HR marketing specialist Employour, as well as CrossMarketing, one of the biggest independent media agencies in Germany, and trnd, Europe's leading provider in the field of personnel marketing, have merged to create the new market leader in this segment with a turnover of more than 130 million euros und around 850 employees.

Unique on the market, TERRITORY provides the complete service range of content communication from a single source. Services include content marketing, sales and trade marketing, employer branding, internal media, and corporate reporting as well as word-of-mouth and social media marketing. Thanks to the new line-up, the offer reaches far beyond mere communication services and comprises process optimisation, marketing, production, sales and performance measurement.

TERRITORY is managed by CEO Soheil Dastyari who was previously Publishing Managing Director of publishing house Gruner + Jahr. In his former position, he was responsible for introducing several new titles to the market, including BARBARA, STERN CRIME, SALON, and WALDEN. His responsibilities will now be taken over by the respective publishers. Sandra Harzer-Kux, previously CEO of G+J Corporate Editors, and Stefan Postler, previously CEO of Medienfabrik Gütersloh, complete the executive board of TERRITORY.
